HABITAT TO THE MAX NEWS DONATIONS TO HABITAT George Pond of State Farm Insurance will present their $5000 check to Habitat at the site of the next St. Max home on Tuesday at 1 PM. (see item below) In another good note we have received a very generous donation of $5000 from Joann & Stan Benson. We have also received a very generous donation of $1000 from Gene and Marie Dowd and another generous donation from Doug DeGroote of United Wealth Management. UPCOMING DATES Tuesday, May 13, 1:00 PM - at 315 Cooper Road, Oxnard - the site of the next St. Max sponsored home. A check for $5000 from State Farm Insurance will be presented to Habitat of Ventura County by George Pond. The Oxnard mayor, Dr. Thomas E. Holden, and Habitat officials will be there to accept the check. Fr. O'Dwyer will also be there if his schedule permits. All are welcome. Wednesday, May 14, 6:30 PM at the church - Planning meeting for our upcoming Fundraising Dinner and Silent Auction. Please join us in planning for this exciting event.
