search at least 6-8 hours per day.

Consider all
reasonable options such as part-time jobs, forming/joining job clubs with other
job seekers for support, motivation and sharing of ideas/resources, and going
back to school for additional education and training.

After you find a
new job, inform your network contacts and keep in touch with them. Update your
resume with your new position, and continue to add accomplishments. Be aware of
your company and your environment, remain proactive in your career development,
and be prepared for anticipated or unanticipated changes.
